This three-week course explores the archetypal patterns that live beneath teacher identity and offers embodied practices to reclaim authority, vitality, and self-trust.
Through a blend of reflective inquiry, somatic awareness, and practical application, educators will identify dominant teacher archetypes (such as the Martyr, Over-Giver, Rescuer, or Controller), understand how these patterns form, and learn how boundaries are not a mental strategy—but a felt, embodied capacity.
Each week builds toward greater nervous system integrity, clearer relational limits, and a more sustainable way of teaching that honors both service and self. This course is for educators who want to remain open-hearted without self-erasure, and devoted without depletion.
