Love is a frequency that lives within each of us.

It is both the most deeply longed for and the most vulnerable place a human can inhabit. As humans, we are wired for connection—for intimacy, for closeness, for the experience of being met in love.

Love is inherently erotic. It is infused with Eros—the life force that draws us toward connection, longing, and union. And yet, for many, this same current is where our wounds live. Eros and attachment become intertwined, making it difficult to distinguish between love and the patterns we carry.

Most, if not all of us, enter relationships in the name of love, but from the frequency of our attachment wounds.

The work Elizabeth does is to gently untangle these wounds from love—restoring a clearer, more coherent frequency of love within the body. From this place, love is no longer driven by fear, grasping, or protection, but expressed through Eros, truth, and relational integrity.
